The #rice Constitution

Note: This is just a joke.

We the mods of #rice, in order to form a more perfect union, establish social justice, insure domestic flamewars, provide for the common shitpost, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of the dictatorship to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the glory of #rice.

Article 1

The mods shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof (except judaism); or allowing the freedom of speech, or the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the mods for a redress of grievances.

Article 2

A well regulated mod team, being necessary to the security of a free #rice, the right of the people to keep and fire bears from cannons, shall not be infringed.

Article 3

No ricer shall, in time of peace be exposed to /r/unixporn, without an installation of Ubuntu and Numix, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Article 4

The right of the people to be secure in their servers, desktops, wallpapers, and compiz effects, against unreasonable OC stealing, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath to Stallman or affirmation, and particularly describing the OC to be stolen, and the persons or things to be banned.
